Ami is a conversational assistant based on a language model, that is, on artificial intelligence. Answers are generated automatically and no person reviews them before you read them.

The service is operated by Laude Technology for Villa Laude City Council.

Where the information comes from

Ami answers only with content published on the municipal portal and its linked websites.

Every answer includes links to the pages consulted, so you can check the original.

If the information is not published, Ami says so instead of making it up.

Its limitations

It can be wrong, misread a question, or answer with content that has recently changed.

Its answers are informational: they are not an official communication from the City Council and have no legal effect.

What data is processed

The text of the messages you write, a session identifier stored in a technical cookie, the date and time, and technical traces of the sources consulted.

Ami does not ask for personal data. Do not enter personal, health or third-party data in the chat.

Purpose and retention

The data is used to answer your question, monitor that the system works correctly and improve the quality of the answers.

It is not stored permanently: it disappears when the service is updated or restarted, and no historical copy is kept.

It is not used to train language models.
